Refunds
On rare occasions, a connection doesn’t happen because it is not meant to be. Should Deanna Ditzler perceive that is the case, she will offer to stop and refund your reading within the first 10-15 minutes. If you are not satisfied with your reading, you are responsible to speak up within the first 10 minutes and give her the opportunity to either redirect the energy flow, or stop the reading in time to refund you. Once you go past 10 minutes there will be no refund. If you have had several readings with other reputable mediums but you were disappointed, please don’t get any more readings until you are able to release all your expectations.
